Heat fresh cream,milk and sugar in sauce pan when sugar melt switch of gas and keep aside it for next step
Now grind both cookies in separately in mixer jar and keep in separate bowl
Now Take grind choco chip cookies bowl,add cocoa powder,1 tsp semolina,1 and 1/2 tsp all purpose flour,baking soda,dash of salt and mix well
Now add milk,cream and sugar mixture in choco chips dry ingredients and mix well and prepare a better not to thick or not running consistency and filled this mixture in a pipping bag
Now take milk cookies bowl, add semolina,all purpose flour,dash of salt and remaning baking soda and finally add remaning sugar,milk cream mixture and prepare a better like choco cookies better and also fill this better in pipping bag
Now grease non stick pan with butter and make alternate horizontal and verticles lines of both better in semi hot pan,cover it and cook it for 2 minutes in one side
When one side done flip it to cook other side for a minute
Make all waffels like this
For Apple cramalization, melt butter in pan add brown sugar,when melted and caramalized add apple slice in it
When slice caramelized,add orange juice and pinch of Cinnamon powder and continue on flame for 2 minutes
Now serve the Bic checker board waffels with caramelized apples
